HR Co-ordinator - Hybrid with Bishop's Stortford base
£26,000 - £28,000
Our client is a well-known, successful professional services business, with offices around the region. Once established, the role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis with occasional travel to local offices when required.
This is a busy and varied role, providing high quality and professional administrative support to a large HR team. You will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment onwards.
This role will suit a HR Administrator looking for a step-up into a co-ordinator role or a HR Co-ordinator, looking for a new challenge. Opportunity to become CIDP qualified.
Main duties will include:
* Generating HR correspondence e.g. contracts of employment and contractual changes
* Co-ordinating all aspects of the onboarding process, including initiating employment checks and acting as the point of contact for the respective new starters
* Providing administrative support for annual processes, such as appraisals and pay reviews
* Maintaining the internal HR inbox, ensuring queries are responded to or escalated accordingly
The successful candidate will have:
* Degree and/or CIPD qualification
* First class administration and IT skills
* Confident, articulate and effective communication skills
* Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
