Job Description: Commercial Lead at Cladding, Design and Install Specialist

Are you a commercial professional with strong experience in managing project budgets and driving profitability? If so, we are partnering with a leading façade design and build facade company that is financially stable and experiencing impressive growth to recruit a Commercial Lead.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will oversee project budgets, manage procurement processes, and ensure financial performance. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting project teams and achieving financial targets, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and manage detailed budgets for multiple live projects, circa £4mil.

* Prepare interim contract applications and negotiate final accounts.

* Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

* Collaborate with project managers to track costs and monitor financial performance.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry (ideally within facades or as a subcontractor).

* Strong understanding of project management principles and budgeting
