Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Finance Assistant include:

receive log and record all purchase invoices
maintain customer and supplier records in the sales and purchase ledgers
set up weekly payment runs
post all entries into banks and reconcile banks
maintain the prepayments and accruals schedules Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Finance Assistant will have:

ideally AAT level 4 qualified
intermediate knowledge of Excel
Strong attention to detail
Great communication skills
experience and understanding of charity sector would be beneficial Job Offer
