About the Role
As an MET Technician at Steer Automotive, you’ll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to the highest standards. Operating in a fast-paced environment, your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure that every customer’s vehicle is returned in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.

* Dismantling vehicles for panel repairs and carrying out fault-finding and diagnostics.

* Collaborating with the Parts Team to source replacement components.

* Reassembling vehicles to pre-accident condition in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and BSI PAS 10125 standards.

* Maintaining accurate records of completed work and parts used.

About You
We are seeking an experienced MET Technician or Mechanic with a background in accident repair. You’ll be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
