Job Details
We're currently seeking a well-seasoned Deli Chef to join our dynamic team in Lancaster. You'll play a key role in creating excellent deli dishes for our students providing exceptional service.

Start Date: December 2024
Days: Monday to Friday
Times: Shift times between 7am to 3pm

Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service during events
* Demonstrate knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Requirements
* Over 4 years experience as a deli chef or in a related chef role
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
* A proactive and positive attitude towards work
