Job Title: Legionella Administrator
Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £30k + Training + Benefits
Yorkshire based Water Hygiene / Legionella management company are now seeking to take on a Legionella Administrator to join their friendly team. This role would suit someone who has experience working within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry, working in a busy office, scheduling staff, organising accommodation, raising purchase orders and creating schematic drawings. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Harrogate, Leeds, Selby, Wetherby, Otley, Ilkley, Skipton, Garforth, Bradford, Wakefield, Ripon.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience and knowledge of the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry.
" Keen eye for detail.
" Excellent organisational skills.
" Able to work well independently.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Excellent people skills, able to communicate via phone, email, and face-to face.
The Role:
" Organising legionella / water hygiene / water treatment projects for Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sites.
" Scheduling engineers, arranging adequate accommodation where required,
" Proofreading reports prior to sending to clients.
" Logging jobs and information accurately onto internal systems.
" Creating schematic drawings for staff.
" Raising purchase orders and invoices.
" Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth day to day running.
