currently working with an excellent client, who are looking for an experienced Sea & Air Freight Executive to join their busy team. You will manage and arrange the transportation cycle for Air & Ocean freight, ensuring all paperwork is complete and legal.

Your responsibilities as Sea & Air Freight Executive

* Obtain charges and cargo release details from agents and shipping lines

* Submit customs clearances/entries

* Ensure any payments due are made in advance

* Process all payments and raise necessary paperwork

* Arrange the release and transportation of goods received

What you need to bring:

* At least 3 years Sea/Air Freight Experience is essential

* Experience with negotiating terms and rates

* Be familiar with industry standard computer programs such as Cargowise

* Good communication skills

* Organisation and planning skills

* Good Geographical knowledge
