Maths Teacher

Permanent, Full-Time

£130 - £190 Per day

Job Duties:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students.
Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide individualised support to students to enhance their understanding and performance.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership regarding students' progress.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.

Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Effective classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education.
Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

Working Conditions:

Work in a secondary school setting in South East England.
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support students' learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
