The Role – PRU Teaching Assistant

As a PRU Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students aged 5 - 16 in developing vital life skills, with the aim of aiding their development into further education. The role requires managing challenging behaviour, so prior experience in behaviour management is essential. While experience in a PRU or similar setting is preferable, a background in sports is also valued, as the resilience needed in sports, is vital to succeeding as a PRU Teaching Assistant.
