We are seeking a dynamic

Home Manager

to join our team in the scenic Scottish Borders. As Home Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to lead a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while fostering a warm, welcoming environment for both staff and families.

About You:

Qualified

 with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Proven experience as a

Home Manager

with a track record of

Good

or

Outstanding

CQC ratings.

A natural leader with excellent communication and

people management

skills.

Passionate about providing the highest level of care and

making a positive impact

on residents' lives.

Strong knowledge of

regulatory compliance

and

budget management

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring

quality care

is delivered.

Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team of care professionals.

Maintain and exceed standards of care in line with

CQC regulations

.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Effectively manage budgets and ensure the home runs efficiently and profitably.
