Job Title - Depot Administrator

Hours - 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Location: Sudbury, DE6 5QX

Part of the Dunstall Holdings Groups, Rea Valley Tractors (RVT) was established over 40 years ago and is a leading regional agricultural machinery dealer. We supply an extensive range of agricultural machinery throughout Shropshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, mid and North Wales, Cheshire and Lancashire and also sell high-quality used equipment across the UK and abroad. We have seven depots in Shrewsbury, Sudbury, Welshpool, Middlewich, Ormskirk, Denbigh and Knighton.

About the Role

Essential to have good telephone manor and answer incoming calls and distribute efficiently to the relevant department i.e parts, service or sales, to include taking accurate messages.

Responsibilities

On a day to day basis you will (this list is not exhaustive):

Assist the service department with any necessary admin, to include technicians timekeeping and processing, preparing warranty jobs ready for submission etc.

Assist with any day to day admin for Health and Safety procedures

General Office Duties

Candidate Requirements

Competent with Microsoft office to include word, excel and power point. (Essential)

Worked within the service industry for at least 2 years. (Essential)

Driving Licence (Preferred)

Knowledge of GOLD/Ibcos (Preferred)
