The General Dental Council (GDC) is recruiting for a Paralegal to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is Hybrid – minimum 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £34,735 - £40,864 per annum.

About the role of Paralegal:

Responsibilities as our Paralegal will include:
* Administering a caseload of Fitness to Practise cases.
* Ensuring that all actions are taken in a timely manner, under the guidance of a prosecution lawyer.
* Preparing documents and witness statements.
* Undertaking legal research.
* Dealing with verbal and written correspondence.
* Ensuring records are accurately maintained.
About you:

* Relevant legal experience.
* Previous healthcare regulation experience.
* Legal qualification.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
