At Jobandtalent, we are recruiting for Packer Pickers to work with an important company in the Bristol area. You will be working for a leading client in food production, contributing to a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Shift Patterns:

4x4 (4 nights on, 4 nights off)
12-hour shifts (11.5 hours paid)Pay Rates:

Night shifts starting at 6 PM: £13/hour
Overtime after 48 hours: £16.25/hourAs a Packer Picker, you will need to have:

Basic spoken and written English skills.
Good numeracy skills.
A strong work ethic.
Previous experience in packing/picking and food production is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
Be over 18 years old.
Access to own or public transport to the site at Unit 4, Distribution Park, Hawkley Drive, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 0BF.Role of a Packer Picker:

Packing various food products produced by our customer.
Operating machinery and equipment as required (full training provided).
Performing a variety of cleaning duties as directed.
Assisting with production target achievement.
Following good manufacturing practices to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
