Composite Technicians – Formula 1 Opportunity (Oxfordshire, UK)

Are you a skilled composite laminator or composite trimmer/fitter with a passion for Formula 1? Arden White is thrilled to partner with an elite F1 team to recruit multiple Composite Technicians for the 2025 winter car build project.

Contract Details

* Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)

* Pay Rates: Estimated take home after tax etc £780-£1000 per week (based on shift and experience)

* Extra Hours: Additional shifts available upon manager’s discretion

Shift Patterns

Flexible shift options to suit your schedule:

* Day Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 10-hour shifts (07:00–17:30)

* Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (18:00–04:30)

* Weekend Day Shift: Saturday–Monday, 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:30)

* Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30)

Role Overview

As a Composite Technician, you’ll use your expertise to:

* Support the construction of the 2025 Formula 1 car.

* Work on high-performance composite components for one of the sport's leading teams.

* Collaborate with a dedicated team in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
