The Role
As a Risk and Quality Co-ordinator, you will support risk management and corporate system improvements across Yusen Logistics.
Specifically, you’ll co-ordinate risk-related workshops, events and review meetings, assist with business unit risk analysis, and maintain registers for accuracy, analysis, communication, and reference.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Risk and Quality Systems Manager, providing administrative support for compliance tasks and collaborating with colleagues to maintain ISO audit readiness and GDPR compliance.
This varied role will also involve managing JSOX administration, updating systems and registers, and contributing to internal communications and reporting processes.
Additionally, you will:
- Monitor the progress of action plans / CAPAs
- Assist with Business Continuity and Crisis Management administrative tasks
- Support compliance administration for sanctions, ABAC, and training
- Maintain and update PO/invoice processing
- Collate information for internal communications, such as the Risk Newsletter and intranet
About You
To be considered as a Risk and Quality Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience in risk management, quality management, or health and safety, ideally supported by relevant qualifications
- Resilience, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Excellent relationship building capabilities
- A good general level of education, including excellent English communication skills
