About the Role:

Location: SEN schools across Cardiff
Age Range: Opportunities to work with pupils aged 3 to 19, offering a unique chance to gain experience with diverse age groups.
Support: Exceptional guidance throughout the registration process with your own designated consultant and recruitment support.

What We're Looking For:

You don't need to have classroom-based experience to apply If you're passionate about working with children and young people and have experience in any of the following areas, we want to hear from you:

Volunteer work with children or young people
Care work, youth work, or mentoring
Personal experience supporting individuals with SEN
Relevant transferable skills from other roles

Your Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical or learning difficulties.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Providing one-on-one or small-group support to help pupils achieve their potential.
Promoting a positive and nurturing environment for all learners.
