HR Manager
We are seeking a full time experienced HR Manager to join our team.
As a HR Manager, in this pivotal role, you’ll be a strategic partner, supporting staff and managers in all aspects of HR for our 400+ staff. You’ll lead on recruitment programs, provide HR advice and employment best practice and champion a positive work environment.
Our ideal HR Manager candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in the education sector
* Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or has equivalent experience
* Be confident in developing effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles
* Work efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excel at communication and collaboration, building strong relationships with colleagues
* Handle people issues sensitively.
* Downe House School is one of the UK’s leading Independent Boarding and Day School for girls.
