Our client is a well-established specialist in the manufacturing of high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies within the Aerospace sector. With most employees averaging over a decade of service, this team-focused company is proud of its collaborative work environment and commitment to excellence. Due to continued growth, they're seeking a Soldering Technician to develop and upskill to IPC standard.

In return for your expertise and dedication, the Soldering Technician will enjoy:
•A salary of up to £25,000 per annum with salary reviews
•Standard hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:15 PM
• The last Friday of every month off with no holiday taken
•Paid overtime at 1.5x rate, with frequent availability
•20 days holiday, plus all Bank Holidays
•Additional break from Christmas to New Year without holiday deduction
•Early finish every Friday
•The opportunity to gain IPC 610/620 certification

As a Soldering Technician, you'll take on key responsibilities including:
•PCB Manufacturing: Skilled soldering and precise assembly of PCB components
•Inspection: The chance to work with the latest technology in Microscopes to aid in Inspection
•Wiring Modifications: Modifying and adjusting wiring to meet specific requirements
•Cable Assembly: Assembling cables with accuracy and efficiency

We're looking to connect with candidates who have:
•Previous experience with soldering
• A passion for the Aerospace Industry
• a HNC/HND within Electronics
•A strong attention to detail, especially in clean room environments
•A passion for electronics and precision assembly work
