Quality Engineer

Location: Halifax
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
Hours: 38 hours per week (4-day week, Fridays off)

About our client:
Leaders in metal spinning and fabrication, specialising in both CNC and traditional craft metal spinning, serving industries such as lighting, filtration, air conditioning, and architectural applications.

Role Overview:

As our Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional quality products while maintaining the highest standards in health and safety. You’ll be involved in all aspects of quality management, from ISO 9001 compliance to Root Cause Analysis and Non-Conformance Reports.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in Quality Assurance and Health & Safety, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

* Familiarity with ISO 9001 and a strong understanding of quality management systems.

* NEBOSH certification (desirable).

* An engineering background

* A problem-solving mindset with strong skills in Root Cause Analysis and handling Non-Conformance Reports.
