The Opportunity:
We seek a passionate and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will receive a salary package of up to £40k along with the highest level of training & support. The Maintenance Engineer will be joining an Arboricultural Solutions and Land Management Equipment Services provider for over 60 years. Nestled on the borders of both Warwickshire and Worcestershire. The Maintenance Engineer will be a key player in our mission to deliver top-quality, high-performance Arboricultural Service & Maintenance solutions.
Role Overview:
The Maintenance Engineer will be covering the Warwickshire & Worcestershire area Inspecting, Identifying Electrical & Mechanical Faults, and Diagnosing Potential Problems with Arboriculture, Agriculture Equipment including AS Motor Commercial Mowers, Compact Tractors, Tilrotators, Wood Chippers, Stump Grinders, RC 2- Stroke Engines etc.
The Maintenance Engineer will be Repairing and Maintaining Equipment including brands such as Yanmar, Engcon, Famac, Intermercato, Ovis RC, etc.
Troubleshoot Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical Systems.
Keep Digital Records of Maintenance and Repairs
Manage your Tasks and Collaborate with Clients to Provide Expert Advice. Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced with Arboriculture, Agriculture Groundcare Equipment, or Similar, Gardening or Plant Machinery will be considered
A Practical, Hands-On Approach with Good Great Attention to Detail.
A Valid UK Driver’s Licence
Willing to Travel
Diagnosing and Repairing Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical Issues on AS Motor Commercial Mowers, Compact Tractors, Tilrotators, Chippers, Stump Grinders, Compact Loaders, etc.
12/24v Electrical Systems and Maintenance.
Excellent Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Skills.
Attention to Detail and a Commitment to Delivering High-Quality Work.
Ability to Work Independently, Schedule, and Manage Workload
Good Communication Skills and A Customer-Oriented Approach.
