We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team. You’ll lead a team of three internal sales support staff, driving performance, upholding high customer service standards, and supporting our external sales team.
Role Overview
The Internal Sales Supervisor will manage the internal sales process within a fast-paced office environment, addressing customer needs via phone and email and leading a team of three.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns.
* Monitor and report on daily and weekly targets to the management team.
* Process customer orders in Sage accurately.
* Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date customer information.
* Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely customer deliveries.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with all customers.
* Provide support to the external sales team.
* Strive to exceed customer service expectations for both internal and external clients.
* Convert inquiries into orders successfully.
* Lead and supervise the internal sales team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Experience in the Power Transmission industry is preferred, though full training will be provided.
* Proficiency with Sage and CRM systems is advantageous.
* Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of three.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to commute to Wednesfield.
