Our client is looking for an Optical Practice Manager to work in their clients brand new Practice based in Bracknell. This modern independent store is building a team of amazing people and looking for a keen, customer focused, bubbly candidate to come and join and help set up their brand new store.

The Role

* Doing the day to day running of an optical practice

* Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda

* Target setting, monitoring, and driving the business forward

* Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged

* Administration responsibilities and compliance

* Working closely with the team and area manager.

* Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles

* Excellent communication skills and self-motivated

* Confident, friendly, and organised

* Fast paced environment

**You will need previous managerial experience in an opticians to apply for this role. **
