Salary: £15-£24 per hour

Location: Kingsteignton (Fixed Location)

Ultim8 Construction is seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to join our team in the Southwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including excavation work, concreting, drainage, kerbing, paving, highway projects, and building projects.

We provide transport where possible, along with PPE, tools, and training. Long-term employment will be offered after a 3-month trial period.

Desirable Tickets/Accreditations:

SSSTS
Driving License
Dumper/Roller operation
Tracked Excavator
CSCS/CPCS

This position can be either employed with benefits or on a self-employed basis, with rates based on skills and experience.

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in groundworks
Holds relevant tickets/accreditations
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication abilities
Health and Safety conscious

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising groundworks projects
Ensuring projects are completed on time and to standard
Conducting site inspections and managing resources
Coordinating with Site Managers and other trades
Maintaining Health and Safety standards
