As a company they heavily invest in training and a majority of their engineers started at the company as graduates.

This role will consist mostly of training in the workshop, being shown machines and learning how to operate them safely and efficiently. You will be helping with the production of a range of machines, understanding how to read technical diagrams and fabricate parts based on those drawings.

This role would suit someone looking to start their career with an Engineering company who can support their professional development with comprehensive training, the opportunity to progress their career through any section of the compnay and overtime to boost earnings.
