At Stepnell, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our team. This role involves working on our live construction projects as well as maintaining our portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will mainly work across the midlands mainly in and around Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare walls, ceilings, and surfaces by washing, filling, and sanding as needed.
* Apply paint, wallpaper, varnish, and other finishes with precision and care.
* Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and consistency.
* Advise clients on color schemes, finishes, and techniques.
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
* Work with a variety of tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator
* Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
* Site certification
* Valid driver’s license
