SHIFT MECHANICAL ENGINEER | PERMANENT | £51,000 - £56,000

As Shift Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for driving a 'Fix 4 Life' culture and increasing plant equipment uptime, whilst also ensuring focus is given to maintain efficiency of the sites 24/7 glass production process. The role demands the ability to problem solve and use engineering initiative whilst holding the ability to make decisions and work under pressure in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

The Key Requirements

Time served mechanical engineering technician - Level 3 / ONC / City Guilds qualified
Experience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Knowledge of motor gearboxes, conveyor systems and process machinery
Ability to read schematics and interpret technical informationEncirc produces up to three billion glass bottles and containers each year, many of which you will find in your homes.
