What You’ll Do:
🌟 Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Artists and Animators
🌟 Set the visual style and storytelling for each game
🌟 Collaborate with the Head of Studio and Game Designers to bring projects to life
🌟 Oversee project timelines, budgets, and art quality
🌟 Manage recruitment, reviews, and team development
🌟 Stay on top of industry trends to keep our games innovative and fresh

Requirements:
📍 Location: West Midlands - Hybrid Working
💻 Experience: Slots/iGaming/Gaming, working with both 2D and 3D tools including Spine, After Effects, and the Adobe Suite
💰 Salary: £50k-£55k, depending on experience.
