Plumber

We have a fantastic opportunity to work within an incredible company as a Plumber dping various mechanical works for various projects.

The annual salary will be up to £40000 depending on experience. You will be working 42.5 hours a week, Monday- Friday. 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and additional days with longer service. Responsibilities

* Assist site services with installation of temporary plumbing works and permanent mechanical tasks.

* Assist site services on the install of external in-ground services such as mains water pipes, boosted water, sprinkler mains, district heating pipes & leak detection systems.

* Ensure all M&E plant and equipment is installed to the highest standard and safety compliant.

* To maintain a safe working environment and carry out regular inspections utilising the company safety department as appropriate.

* Be responsible for maintenance and inspection of all tools and equipment issued & weekly PUWER completed.

* Documentation must be completed accurately ensuring it is available in a neat+ safe manner for company records.

* Be responsible for issuing daily FORS paperwork.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Must Have

* Good communication skills

* Good mechanical knowledge

* PHMES plumbers’ card/CSCS card

* Relevant qualifications

* Full Driving Licence

Desirable

* Able to train others

* Gas safe

* Thames Water approved/institute of plumbers
