Description
Responsible for effectively planning and organising supply chain processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless procurement operations.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that arise within the supply chain.
Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and products.
Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance.Profile
A successful 'Planner' should have:
A good understanding of the FMCG industry and supply chain processes.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.Job Offer
A salary ranging between £30,000 and £35,000 per year.
Generous holiday leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
Christmas shut down period.
Private medical healthcare.
Pension contributions: 4% or 7%.
Critical illness cover and Death in Service benefit.
