Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Personalised Care: Provide exceptional support tailored to each client’s unique needs, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship.

❤️ Compassionate Interaction: Foster a nurturing relationship with clients, offering empathy and understanding during your care visits.

✅ Adhere to Best Practices: Follow organisational policies and industry standards while delivering care to ensure the highest level of service and safety.

📝 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service user care, including daily logs, medication administration, and any relevant observations for care continuity.

👥 Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff and your fellow Care Assistants to ensure the effective implementation of care plans.

📞 Communication: Promptly report any changes or concerns regarding a client’s health or well-being to the Care Manager.

💬 Be Active in Meetings: Participate in team meetings to discuss ideas, share experiences, and enhance the quality of care provided.

Working Hours:
⏰ Working hours from 14:00 PM to 22:00 PM, and your availability within this timeframe is essential to meet the needs of our clients.

Schedule:
📅 Monday to Friday
