About the role:

The KS2 Teacher position is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP in a Good OFSTED-rated school in Newham. The role is available due to the departure of a teacher who is moving on to new opportunities. As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be working with a diverse class, with the support of teaching assistants to ensure the effective learning and development of all students. The school emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, and academic excellence, making it an ideal environment for educators who value teamwork and support. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Strong communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils, ensuring engagement and progress in line with the national curriculum.
• Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic growth, fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to provide tailored support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
• Contribute to the wider school community, participating in staff meetings, parent evenings, and extracurricular activities.
