We currently have a vacancy for a Marking Assistant to join our friendly and welcoming team in our Bedford office.
Key duties will include:
* Assist the Marketing Manager to deliver monthly marketing reports, signage and marketing suites.
* Manage regional email and SMS campaigns
* Support the Marketing Manager with regional events.
* Assist with the production of printed and digital assets for the sales team in a timely and accurate manor.
* Brief and check regional social campaigns.
About you:
Essential
* Excellent communication skills, including face to face, telephone, and written communication.
* Ability to build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Enthusiastic, positive and motivated with a flexible approach to work
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full UK Driving licence and a willingness to travel across the business as required in order to facilitate role.
* Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel
Desirable
* An interest in data and analytics, with an ability to interpret and present back information relating to sales & marketing performance.
* A marketing qualification
* Previous experience in the housebuilding industry
