To be considered for the Senior Staff Nurse role, candidates must have:
Valid NMC registration and relevant clinical professional development.
At least 18 months experience as a qualified RGN / Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse.
Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
Mentorship Qualification.
Basic workload and shift management skills.
