Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN16
Salary: OTE £25k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful local independent Estate Agency, based in Littlehampton, are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual who is looking to become a Sales Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, have excellent customer service skills, may previously have had telephone sales experience and thrive in a targeted environment; you will be ambitious, self-motivated and work well in a team.
Previous experience in residential sales, lettings or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

Skills required for this Junior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
At least 12 months’ experience in Estate Agency or Sales / Customer facing role
Sales experience essential
High level of customer service
Good telephone manner
Well-presented and well-spoken
Ambitious and Self-Motivated
Well-spoken and articulate
Driving licence and car essential
