You will have the opportunity to develop your administrative skills and contribute to the smooth running of a successful and growing organisation.
Duties
Booking jobs onto the system, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately
Overseeing and responding to the shared mailbox
Arranging hire equipment and coordinating logistics for jobs
Planning the schedule for electricians, optimising efficiency and minimising downtime
Updating clients on the progress of works, maintaining clear and effective communication
Sending completed paperwork onto client
Raising and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ensuring all SLA's set by the client are met
Ensuring compliance is up to date and accurate
Dealing with enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
Liaising with clients via email and phone, providing outstanding customer service
Ordering materials and parts for each job, ensuring availability and timely delivery
Working collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results
The ideal candidate
You'll have proven experience in a similar administrative role
You'll have excellent organisational and time management skills
You'll have strong attention to detail and accuracy
You are Proficient in MS Office Suite
You'll have the ability to work well within a team
