We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Cover Supervisors to join our team.

Position Overview: As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in the absence of their regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and providing tailored support to help students achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and accessible lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Implement effective behavior management techniques and de-escalation strategies as needed.
Provide targeted support to students with SEN, adapting materials and approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
Offer constructive feedback to students to support their development.
Work closely with teaching staff and school administration to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in student support.Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience working in schools, preferably with SEN students.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
A passion for working with students with special educational needs and a commitment to fostering their success.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £115.00-£155.00 per day
