This rapidly growing business has doubled its turnover in the last three years and is expanding its operations, delivering critical connections to the national grid across the country.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environment, and quality  across various HV projects. Working alongside the Major Projects team, you will provide essential support and guidance on compliance and safety standards. The Role:

Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment.
Lead HSEQ initiatives and provide expert guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Support the delivery of major HV electrical projects, ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed.
Collaborate with the Major Projects team to integrate HSEQ protocols in the planning and execution phases. The Person:

NBOSH Certification or Diploma (Diploma Ideally)
Experience as an HSEQ Advisor or similar 
Experience working for an ICP, DNO or working on Industrial Electrical projects 
Junior candidates with ICP knowledge welcome for applications
