PA/Office Manager – London Central - £16.63-£21.66 per hour – 12 months Hybrid role

This role is working for two Directors and critical to the smooth running of the business and requires a great level of flexibility. The role will be hybrid.

Duties include office induction to all new starters, support Health & Safety governance, run the monthly committee meetings, track the actions, restock kitchen, office maintenance, town hall events and co-ordination, sole responsibility of the Directors time, diary management and administration, directors expenses, arrange meetings/town halls/away days as appropriate and travel arrangements.

Candidates will have strong computer skills, excellent communication skills both written and spoken, agile and flexible approach to change, strong project management capabilities with excellent execution skills and the ability to multi task, results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment, team player able to understand the context of the business in order to support the delivery. Candidates must have worked within a Blue Chip organisation.
