Ganger Supervisor

Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and experienced ganger Supervisor to join our client, a reputable glass partition company based in Central London. This exciting opportunity offers a contract duration of 18 months with a competitive rate of £190 per day. We are looking for a candidate who possesses substantial experience in site supervision and is ready to ensure quality and safety on the job site.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in internal glass partitions.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to conduct risk assessments.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on-site, including deliveries.

Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and labour.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Manage communication between the project management team and on-site workers to ensure clarity of tasks and expectations.
