Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B
Location: South East/Essex/Hertfordshire (90% remote)
Salary: £60,000 plus commission and bonus (OTE £75,000)

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager – B2B will include:

- Conduct gap analysis to pinpoint under-represented sectors within our distribution network
- Convert quoted projects into orders through professional sales techniques and negotiate prices within the company's framework.
- Create presentations and training materials to empower customers in B2C reselling.
Skills and Experience - Sales Manager – B2B:
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in managing B2B resale accounts,
- Value Selling: Background in value selling is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and proactively.
