Exciting Job Opportunity: HGV/LGV Class 1 Shunter Driver
Location: Thorne (and surrounding areas)
Pay: £18.38 per hour (PAY Advanced, inclusive of holiday pay)
Shift Patterns:
* Monday to Friday:
* 22:00 - 06:00 £22.65 (including holiday pay)
* 14:00 - 22:00 £19.38 (including holiday pay)
* 06:00 - 14:00 £17.37 (including holiday pay)
* Weekend shifts also available
Job Description:
We are looking to recruit Class 1 Shunter Drivers for our client ,ongoing until December (with the possibility to become permanent)
Your role will include:
* Class 1 shunting
* Handling steel work
* Transporting 18M steel loads
* Securing/Strapping the load
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A valid CPC and Tacho card
* A valid UK driving license
* No more than 6 points on your license
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
