We are excited to be working exclusively with a brand new client in the Skipton area who are looking for a Finance Assiatnat on a full time basis (2pm finish every Friday). The ideal candidate must have a great sense of humour, be a good team worker, able to work well under pressure and have previous finance expereince.The duties are listed below:

* Preparing weekly supplier payment runs

* Uploading invoices onto Paperless system

* Sending signed off invoices to Director on Paperless

* Checking statements at month end

* Checking off purchase orders

* Marking off Payments from customers

* Sending statements

* Creating invoices

* Helping Financial controller where needed
