Salary - £30,000, OTE £65,000 – £70,000 & Car Allowance

Hours – 5-day week, Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9:30-5pm

A client, renowned for their expertise in the residential and commercial property sectors, is in search of a Lettings Manager to work across their thriving Bromley and Beckenham branches overseeing 2 other members of staff.

The successful candidate will benefit from professionals, whose decades of experience have enhanced client satisfaction. This is a workplace that does not merely aim to meet expectations but consistently strives to exceed them, always going above and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a track record of reliability, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

* Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.

* Manage and develop your team.

* Set KPI’s and targets for your team.

* Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.

* Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.

* All legal aspects.
