A vibrant primary school in Finchley is seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Manager to join the team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in facilities management, preferably within a school or similar setting, to take on a crucial role in maintaining the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the school site
* Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained
* Managing site security, including opening and closing the premises
* Conducting regular health and safety checks
* Coordinating with contractors and supervising maintenance work
* Managing the site budget and resources efficiently
* Responding promptly to any emergencies or issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred
* Must have, or be willing to obtain, a DBS check
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* Excellent communication skills
