This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days a week in the office, which is based in central Liverpool.

What You'll Be Doing:

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualise current and future state processes.
Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
Business Cases: Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
Implementation Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.What You'll Get:

Good experience working with software development teams and solid technical experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
