Ideally you will be based between Croydon and Dartford

You will be working as an Area Manager for an established cleaning contractor that are based in in London and operate nationally you will be managing 15 schools contracts across South London and as far East as Maidstone 

Ideally you will have experience managing educational contracts and you will manage your own diary but will be expected to attend sites regularly to ensure standards are being met and service levels are met. One of your key responsibilities will be ensuring that your contracts are managed sufficiently with little escalation or intervention needed and managing the team effectively to ensure standards are being met

Your Role

Responsibility for contract /cleaner performance to achieve and exceed contract SLA and KPI
Control Labour and materials expenditure and ensure deliveries within agreed budget limits.
Client Relationship management with key focus on service delivery, retention, and contract growth
Responsible for managing financial budgets 
Attend training and meetings as required.                                 
Implementation of all company policies and procedures 
Site visits. In line with client contractual requirement,
Provide a key interface between on-site client and the contracted service providers on a day-to-day basis.
Any other ad hoc duties and tasks required
About you

Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites & contracts at Operations Manager level 
Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
Experience of motivating, managing and leading cleaning teams
Excellent communication skills
Full UK Driving licence
Location

You will need to be based between Croydon and Dartford
