ABC Teachers have been approached by a client school to recruit for a Qualified Primary Teacher with prior experience in a KS2 setting to teach a Year 6 class to start from January 2024 to cover a Maternity leave.
They are looking for someone who can take on full class responsibilities on a full time basis.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
About the role
This role includes the following:
Working in a full-time class teacher role.
Hold QTS
Have a strong classroom presence
Be able to form good relationships
provide engaging lessons to learners
Following the national curriculum for the Year 6 setting while planning and assessing lessons.
To commence from January 2025

This is based in a two form entry primary school in the Nuneaton.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 6 Teacher you will:
Be willing to commit to a full-time role with full responsibilities regarding planning, assessments and liaising with parents.
Have prior experience in the lower Key Stage 2 setting of a primary school.
Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
