Java Developer & AWS Engineer (DevOps, Istio, Argo CD)
Would you like to be a key figure in a project that provides you with a platform to work on the latest tech stack & take on more responsibilities?
If so, one of our global banking clients are looking for a well-seasoned Java Developer with AWS Engineering experience, joining an already established team on a contract basis in Central London (2 days onsite).
Job Description:
One of the major parts of the project is to migrate over 120 microservices to the cloud (and create new microservices as well).
* Hands-on knowledge of all technologies listed in the JD
* Should possess good coding skills
* Knowledge of design patterns
* Microservices development and migration experience
* Aware of application related configurations in Config Map/AWS Secret Manager, Kubernetes, Istio, CI/CD etc.
* Experienced with other technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, Terraform and Argo CD.
