Overview of for resident liaison officer role:

Main Office is based in Coventry.

undertaking kitchen and bathroom programmed works across Coventry/Birmingham and Black Country. Properties covering all 3 regions.

Responsibilities for resident liaison officer role:

You will be based at one of our sites and may be required to travel to other locations when the project is complete.

You will be responsible for providing support to tenants in their homes and helping to ensure that all planned works, queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on their feet. 

Requirements for resident liaison officer role:

Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required for travel between properties)

In-date CSCS card or willingness to apply

Strong communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role
