They design and produce textiles for the Bedroom, living room etc. They take sustainability seriously sourcing responsible cotton and removing single use plastic from the supply chain. They have a great reputation in the industry with a number of long service employees.

Description

Strong analytical skills and keen and eye detail
Head up critical path by working and supporting all teams/departments
Working closely with factories understanding capabilities, capacities, production lead-times, ensure we are securing delivery times
Identifying and resolving production and supply problems
Managing, training, and supervising teams
To be quick-thinking and able to make sound decisions based data
Being aware that things can change quickly and deadlines need to be met
Supporting Senior Management create plans, strategies etcProfile

Experience as a Import Merchandiser, Production Merchandiser, or similar
Experience working with off shore factories
Ability to analyse the data and use the data to drive action
Pro-active & organised.
Flexible team player who doesn't mind 'mucking in' when needed.
Numerate with attention to detail & excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work to strict deadlines to meet customer requirements.
